Must-Have Skills:

Experience collaborating between IT and business teams, supporting business processes and process improvement.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years as a Business Analyst.

Nice to Have Skills:

Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems, plus familiarity with basic programming concepts.
Strong presentation abilities and proficiency with business software tools.
