Must-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, including aseptic or sterile environments
Proven ability in aseptic techniques, cleanroom practices, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Experience delivering technical or on-the-job training in production, QA, or QC settings

Nice to Have Skills:

Aseptic gowning and cleanroom qualification experience
Exposure to Cell & Gene Therapy operations or training environments
