Must-Have Skills:

1–2 years of experience in interview scheduling and calendar management in a high-volume environment
Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-focused mindset

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience supporting recruiting or HR teams in a fast-paced or startup environment
Comfort working with recruiting data and reports (ad hoc or recurring)
