Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 one of our clients in Elgin, TX. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

End-to-end experience across the full SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of enterprise applications.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, SQL, object-oriented design, web services, and integration with relational databases.
Proven experience in system and integration testing, test planning, defect management.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience working with WebSphere, Oracle stored procedures, and data migration or transformation.
Prior exposure to HHSC systems or similar government platforms.
