Must-Have Skills:

Extensive experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing across on-prem and cloud platforms, SQL, ETL pipelines (Informatica), and Snowflake.
Proven leadership in advanced analytics and enterprise data initiatives, including BI, big data solutions, and cloud-based application/data deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects, guide cross-functional teams, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with healthcare data standards and integrations (FHIR, HL7, CCDA, EHR APIs, real-time streaming).
Hands-on expertise in Python, Java, or Scala, and exposure to AI/ML or big data technologies.
