Must-Have Skills:

Ability to recommend improvements to systems and business processes, and maintain clear technical documentation.
Strong experience interpreting and implementing state and federal mandates within Linux-based eligibility systems.
Deep knowledge of SNAP/TANF eligibility and similar economic assistance programs (MAVS).

Nice to Have Skills:

Excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and willingness to provide on-call support.
Experience with SCRUM/Agile, Jira, and modernizing legacy technologies.
