Must-Have Skills:

7+ years of hands-on data science experience with strong expertise in machine learning, advanced statistics, and data modeling
Proficiency in programming, SQL, and statistical analysis tools, with deep understanding of the data science project lifecycle
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in healthcare, hospital systems, EHR, medical informatics, or revenue cycle data
Master’s degree in Data Science or advanced experience with time series forecasting, A/B testing, and predictive analytics
