Must-Have Skills:

8+ years of IT project management experience with full PMLC/SDLC ownership
Strong background in data management solutions (data warehouses/lakes), data analytics/BI, or web-based/J2EE/SOA systems
Proven expertise in Agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog grooming, scrums, retrospectives, Kanban)

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in Healthcare/Public Health, Health & Human Services, or access & eligibility programs
Experience leading multi-agency or multi-department initiatives in matrixed environments
