Schedule: Shift-based (7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–1:00 AM), including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident and organized Airport Brand Ambassador Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced airport environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily curbside operations, managing staff performance, coordinating with airport stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The position combines leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on execution.

Ideal Candidate must be;

Minimum 2+ years of experience in team leadership within brand ambassador programs, airport operations, event management, retail, or similar high-traffic environments.
Proven experience managing teams of 6 or more employees.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and scheduling systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in airport, transportation, hospitality, or event operations environments.
Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, high-traffic airport setting.
Combination of operational planning and on-site execution.
Requires standing for extended periods and working in varying weather conditions.
