Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Skilled in creating requirements and rules for Divisions and Agencies' needs
- Hands-on creating & maintaining the strategic partnership between Business needs and Technology delivery in OIT
- Ability to analyze industry standards to identify requirements using modeling & decomposition
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field of study

- Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification
