Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Level 2 Desktop Support one of our clients in Pearland, TX. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

2–4 years of experience in desktop/IT support with strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP).
Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and maintaining IT documentation/knowledge bases.
