Arthur Lawrence is looking to hire an SAP Success Factor Consultant (Recruiting SME) based in Quebec, Canada. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume, if interested:

Core Requirements:

8+ years of strong experience with SAP Success Factor Recruiting
Extensive understanding of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding functional design, solution design, and best practices.
Proven ability to define business requirements, collaborate with clients, and drive sign-off.
Hands-on experience configuring Recruiting and Onboarding modules, including XMLs, candidate statuses, career sites, integrations, and custom elements.
Knowledge of integrating SF modules and 3rd party applications for assessments, background checks, etc.
Actively certified in both SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding (2.0).
3-5 years of hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of Recruiting and Onboarding with Employee Central.
Certified professional with fluency in French, SuccessFactors certification, cross-module knowledge, and authorization to work in Canada.
Must-Have Strong French Fluency
Open to Candidates all around the world open for sponsorship for work in Canada
