Must-Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills with a solid understanding of the SDLC.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA, Jama, or MS Project.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
