Must-Have Skills:

Experience developing and supporting full-stack web applications and batch processes using Java, J2EE, and SQL
Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries and perform root cause analysis
Solid problem-solving skills with clear verbal and written communication

Nice to Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with enterprise web application development
Flexibility to take on research, troubleshooting, and new development tasks as needed
