- Experienced with technical specification and visual / written interpretation
- Worked on different templates for documentations and prepared runbooks
- Well-versed with MS Office Suite and network concepts (WAN / switches / routers / firewalls)
Nice to Have:
- Worked on SolarWinds / NetBrain
