Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is looking to hire an HCM Techno-Functional Data Conversion Analyst based in Lakeside, FL. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume, if interested:

Core Requirements:

Experience in data mapping, data analysis, and data transformation, etc.
Strong understanding of HCM functions & reporting, and proficiency with advanced MS Excel
Proficiency with data manipulation tools such as SQL / Access is highly preferred
Preference will be given to those who have prior experience in Healthcare and Premier data extraction
Certified Workday HCM professional or Master's degree is desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field
