Job Description

Core Requirements:

Note: Workday experience is required for this position

Drive success for functional workgroups by liaising with stakeholders, system integrators, and vendors to meet requirements.
Collaborate with integrators on test scenario development, script co-creation, and testing/validation of data, reports, integrations, and security.
Provide subject matter expertise, analyze end-to-end processes, and identify impacts.
Quickly adapt to new systems, maintain attention to detail, and assist in researching anomalies.
Preferably bring institutional knowledge for ensuring workstream functional processes and reports' success.
Preference will be given to the candidates with successful full-cycle implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) ideally in a healthcare/hospital environment.
