Must-Have Skills:

Experience in inbound call handling with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
Ability to follow call scripts, security procedures, and performance metrics consistently.
Strong communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to Have Skills:

Familiarity with customer service systems and internal databases.
Additional education beyond High School Diploma/GED.
