Must-Have Skills: 

• 9+ years of project/program management experience across full lifecycle, including complex IT initiatives
• PMP certification with strong expertise in governance, budgeting, and portfolio management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills:

• Medicaid or Medicare project experience
• Prior experience supporting healthcare technology or public sector programs
