Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Customer Support, Associate one of our clients project based on Remote. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate calls, follow scripts, and communicate accurate information while meeting call quality standards.
Ability to process files with attention to detail, use multiple systems, interpret file data, and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient keyboarding and PC skills with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience working in office environments with dual monitors and comfort handling extended hours when needed.
Familiarity with processing guidelines or administrative workflows.
