Arthur Lawrence is looking for a ServiceNow FSO Developer one of our clients in New York City, NY. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically FSO (Financial Services Operations) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules
Proven experience in designing, architecting, and implementing FSO solutions covering areas such as Financial Data Model, Dispute Management, Customer Lifecycle Management, Treasury, Payment, Card, Loan operations, and Claims processing
Hands-on experience in FSO customization, including creating workflows, business rules, UI Pages, and UI Actions

Nice to Have Skills:

Familiarity with integration of FSO with other ServiceNow modules or third-party systems
Experience in Financial Services or Insurance domain-specific processes
