Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Systems Analyst 3 one of our clients in Elgin, TX. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

12+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Security Architecture, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, and Cloud/Hybrid Security.
10+ years of experience owning SSP development end-to-end, including control documentation, audit evidence validation, and POA&M management.
Hands-on experience with CMS MARS-E v2.2 or similar federal/state security frameworks; strong knowledge of NIST 800-53, RMF, Secure SDLC, and DevSecOps.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in multi-vendor/multi-platform environments and improving audit/compliance maturity.
Experience mentoring teams on security governance best practices or supporting HHSC systems.
