Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Sr Machine Learning Engineer one of our clients in Houston, TX. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

6-8+ years of industry experience developing and deploying ML models, especially in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.
Strong Python skills with clean, modular coding practices; experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Transformers.
Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and core ML fundamentals (deep learning, generative models, NLP techniques).
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field (Ph.D. a plus).

Nice to Have Skills:

Production experience with GenAI models and ML systems in the energy/commodities trading sector.
Experience integrating ML models into dashboards (Dash, Streamlit) and explaining results to non-technical audiences.
Background in time-series modeling, enterprise software development, and orchestration tools like Airflow/Dagster with cloud ETL/ELT.
Awareness of CI/CD practices and broad ML methodology application.
