Job Description

As a Terminal Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and verifying company inventory across terminals, pipelines, and marine sites using ETRM software (RightAngle). You will identify and resolve any discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records. Additionally, you will coordinate with other companies and departments to address issues and ensure compliance with agreements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations staff (schedulers, traders, contract admins) to resolve inventory and transaction issues.
  • Balance equity terminals before closing inventory in RightAngle on the 3rd business day of each month.
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end inventory and revenue closing tasks.
  • Track all Light-Oil Hydrocarbon inventory movements in the company system.
  • Reconcile inventory balances at various locations using RightAngle ETRM software and travel to Company owned or co-owned terminals for physical inventory counts with Supply, Terminal Operations, and Internal auditors.

 

Must-Have:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Functional experience with RightAngle / Superuser
  • 2+ years of experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to research simple inventory and billing issues.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with downstream/upstream/midstream operations (Pipelines, Terminals, Marine) in O&G sector would be a huge plus
