Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Customer Support Technician one of our clients in Naples, FL. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

IT enterprise experience with hands-on knowledge of Audio/Visual systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms–certified equipment.
Experience supporting virtual meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoTo), Windows 11, Active Directory, and MECM.
High School diploma or equivalent; ability and willingness to travel frequently with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice to Have Skills:

Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified, CompTIA A+/Network+, Teams Rooms, or AVIXA Fundamentals.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to change.
