Arthur Lawrence is looking for an Agile Scrum Master one of our clients in Anaheim, CA. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

Scrum Master Certification and 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in a SAFe environment, including facilitation of all Agile ceremonies.
Strong expertise with JIRA and Atlassian Align, including backlog creation, sprint planning, roadmaps, productivity reporting, and linking test cases to user stories.
Proven ability to identify and resolve impediments, collaborate with Product Owners, and communicate team metrics, risks, and performance to stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience coaching teams, supporting organizational Agile maturity, and promoting SAFe/Agile best practices across departments.
Background collaborating with other Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches and assisting with risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
