Must Haves:

5-7 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager with exceptional Leadership experience
Experienced in staff operating, employee management, managing maintenance budget, ensure equipment reliability, and providing project support
Skilled in identifying / vetting vendors, developing the maintenance team, and identifying training opportunities
2 years Technical Degree required preferably Engineering or equivalent
