Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is looking for an Instructional Designer II one of our clients in Yonkers, NY. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

2-4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Instructional/Learning Design, or Sales Training, supporting GTM or direct sales teams.
Formal training or certification in Instructional Design or Adult Learning, with proven ability to drive skill application and behavior change.
Strong project management skills and experience designing, delivering, and measuring sales training using enablement tools (Articulate/Rise, Seismic, Google Slides) and learning analytics.

Nice to Have Skills:

Background in GTM, revenue, or commercial enablement within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Experience supporting global or multi-region enablement programs with strong sales-facing presence.
