Must-Have Skills:

3+ years of experience in advertising operations, performance ads, or related roles
1+ year of hands-on experience with Google Shopping Ads and Google Merchant Center (GMC)
Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to manage campaigns and troubleshoot issues

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience working with complex product catalogs and collaborating with Product/Engineering teams
Ability to build SOPs, understand client KPIs, and explain attribution models
