Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in Machine Learning and MLOps, with understanding of the full ML lifecycle (data, training, deployment, monitoring)
Excellent communication skills with ability to create engaging technical content
Proven ability to manage projects, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively with technical audiences

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience building or managing developer communities, including events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Contributions to open-source projects and a portfolio of technical or promotional content
