Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience owning end-to-end SOP development and governance across People Ops domains (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).
Proven ability to translate complex processes into clear, scalable workflows, partnering with COEs, SMEs, and People Tech.
Hands-on experience driving operational readiness, testing alignment, documentation updates, and cutover support in large programs.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience supporting global or multi-country People Ops models with localized process nuance.
Background in change management, enablement content, or service rehearsals for enterprise transformations.
