Must-Have Skills: 

• 3 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or related fields
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a focus on simplifying processes and driving results under tight deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing digital promotions or CRM campaigns
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus
