Must-Have Skills:

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
5+ years working in Agile environments, including user story creation and stakeholder collaboration
Experience writing system requirements aligned with federal child nutrition program standards

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS)
