Arthur Lawrence is looking to hire a Desktop Support Technician based in New York City, NY. Please find job description below and send us your updated resume, if interested:

Core Requirements:

5 years of experience in Technical support, Desktop Support, Helpdesk support or similar positions
Should have prior experience in configuring, installing, diagnosing, and fixing printers, PCs, and laptops
In-depth understanding of MS Office Suite, and Windows operating systems (OS)
Proven experience in providing technical support & troubleshooting desktop computer’s hardware and software issues
Experience with supporting mobile devices
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Finance background and experience with market data applications such as Bloomberg is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service competencies
