Must-Have:

6+ years of strong experience as an HL7 Analyst in information technology
Experience in Health Level 7 (HL7) messaging with VXU (Unsolicited Vaccination Record Update)
In-depth understanding of PL/SQL scripting, and Oracle database
Strong knowledge of enterprise security practices
Capability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and management
Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field of study
