• 7+ years of experience as a Workday Financial Lead
• Experienced in handling Workday customer accounts, customer billing, managing customer invoice settlement, and customer contracts
• Skilled in ServiceNow ticketing system, engaging with Managers/Directors, optimization, and transformation of processes
