Must-Have:

• 4 – 6 years of experience as a Service Delivery Lead
• Experienced with ITIL concepts, Remedy, program management, and ServiceNow
• Worked with technology service providers, operational support, and service desk 
• Well-versed in reporting, system transformation, key metrics, business processes, and policies
