Job Description

Must Have:

 

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Service Desk Agent
  • Worked on ITIL Service Management and service desk
  • Experienced in call triage and incident creation

 

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experienced in cloud-based telephony system and ServiceNow
