Must Have:

9 - 11 years of experience working as a CC Architect
Experienced with Cisco UCCE/CVP technologies, IVR technologies, and UCC Enterprise
Worked with CVP scripting, IVRs, Voice Biometrics, Force Optimization platform, and ACD queues
Well-versed with APIs / integrations, ESXi hosts, CTI architecture, ASR/TTS, and JDBC / ADO.NET
Experienced with SQL, Finesse, CUIC, voice-related platform integrations, and Oracle
