Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is looking to hire a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Specialist for one of our clients in Houston, TX. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume, if interested:

Must Have:

6+ years of experience with Nexthink, including NQL queries, dashboards, alerts, and remote actions
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and strong understanding of the Nexthink data model
Experience integrating Nexthink with tools like Splunk and managing PC infrastructure (AD, networking)

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Azure Apps and ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
