Must-Have:

• 4 – 6 years of experience as a Senior Engineer / Eng. Team Leader
• Experienced with data migration, analytical, and process equipment
• Provide technical support, equipment retirement activities, and implementation
• Worked with critical programs, mass equipment retirement, and Risk Management
• Well-versed with Gene Therapy Operations, GMP / GLP, Change Control, and Business Continuity

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement technical solutions
• Offer technical support for process and analytical equipment
• Maintain compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines
• Coordinate project execution with key local and global stakeholders
• Manage projects according to lifecycle costs and scheduled timelines
• Apply cutting-edge technical solutions in line with compliance and HSE regulations
• Oversee the progression of on-site projects from scope definition through approval to implementation
• Plan and execute the decommissioning of equipment
