Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer/ Documentation Specialist one of our client’s in Rockville, MD. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience designing self-paced online content and creating multimedia/SCORM-compliant courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
At least 4 years of experience conducting quality assurance reviews for eLearning content.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and best practices for online delivery.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with Vyond (or similar tools), Learning Management Systems (LMS) integration, and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Excellent collaboration, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
