Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple Active Directory forests and domains.
• Administer and support Office 365 services, including Directory Synchronization, Azure Directory, and email flow.
• Configure and maintain Office 365 Enterprise Applications for third-party integrations.
• Implement and monitor conditional access policies for security and compliance.
• Support Windows Hello for Business and handle legal discovery requests.
• Manage email retention policies and compliance as per Records Management directives.
• Monitor the health and security of Office 365 cloud services.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for reporting and alerting on AD, Office 365, and other tools.
• Administer PKI infrastructure and DNS services (both internal and external).
• Manage AntiSPAM, Antivirus, and email security services.
• Provide timely and effective solutions while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service under pressure.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proficient in Active Directory management and Office 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with cloud security and compliance policies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
