Job Description

Core Requirements:

Must have experience in providing production support to end users, break/fix issues, and handle day-to-day issues.
Good knowledge in providing support to Quorum products (Entero/TIPS) and P2 software products.
Must have experience in Technical Customer support and writing SQL queries.

Qualification:

Relevant educational background & professional certifications would highly be appreciated.
