Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a NOC Service Assurance Lead for a client in Dubai, UAE. Kindly review the Job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.

Must-Have:

15+ years of experience working as a NOC Service Assurance Lead
Experienced with quality assurance, service assurance management, service governance, and Office 365
Experienced in ITSM processes including management systems i.e. ISMS, BCMS, and QMS
Strong knowledge of compliance standards & regulations e.g. ISO27001, ISO9001 etc.

Nice to Have:

ITIL certification
