Job Description

Must Have:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
Proficient in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering simulation software
Skilled in proactively identifying and communicating risks and timelines to senior management
Well-versed in engineering principles and practices
Familiar with industry standards, regulations, and mechanical design best practices (GD&T, DFM, Materials Selection)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
Effective in communicating technical concepts to various audiences
