Core Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with Risk Management in a clinical setting
- At least four years of in a clinical risk management role or equivalent experience in a healthcare management or medico-legal role
- Expertise in Risk Management on a managerial level
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage the incident reporting system and lead investigations into incidents.
- Provide direction and support to the risk management team and collaborate with other departments
- Oversee the organization’s insurance programs and coordinate the resolution of insurance claims.
- Bachelor in Health Care or Equivalent qualifications
