Job Description

Core Requirements:

Need to have experience in PIM, Item Definition & Classification & BoM
Must have experience for working as a support & functional lead for ERP Cloud operations teams, while monitoring support queues, and guiding on priority P1/P1 issues.
Need to have skills in troubleshooting, and designing bug fixes, enhancements, project requests, & production issues involving technical integrations, along with supporting Oracle product bugs.
Must have proven expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM consulting, understanding customers business requirements, and to write functional documents for RICE understood by technical consultants.
Nice to have experience in gathering, analyzing, business requirements & performing FIT - GAP analysis.
Required to have participation experience in preparing various project documents, solution designs, functional specifications, and configurations documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts.
Must be well versed in creating and executing test scenarios in various test environments, along with working with offshore teams.
Nice to have experience in providing post-production support for day-day client issues.
